I've had my eva clutch in de for maybe six months now. I went and nabbed one at the boutique as soon as the discontinued rumors started swirling.
I LOVE this bag and see myself using it forever. I wear it casually and dressed up. I took the long strap off and carried it as a clutch to dinner the other night and thought it looked very chic.
The fact that it has a secure zipper is huge. And I love that I can literally clutch it with ease using one as well. And the DE print is so worry free. And the price point cannot be beat. It's very disappointing that LV is now phasing out attractive, functional, well-priced items (pochette accessoires, toiletry 26 in mono) for more $$$ bags that serve the same function.
I had a DE 30 as well! Currently has Tivoli pm (sold one too), Neverfulls MM all prints (sold GM DE), Galliera pm, Twice DE & red mono (sold one black leather mono), Alma bb DE, Multicolor PA, Speedy b 30 mono, Eva mono,I have a Speedy in DE 30,bought it in 2013)

Agree, I think LV wants to raise price but they can't endlessly increase prices on the existing pieces every few month, rather just discounting lower price bags and produce new bags and selling at higher price point.
Yes,I totally agree with you!The prices had increased so much ,and they seem to disountinuing all affordable pieces....

The world "affordable" is the key, I think now too many people can afford $1,000 bags (at least in my opinion), I have seen LVs like coach mk in my area, maybe that's part of the reason LV wants to raise the price too.
Delightful was my option before Neonoe,and I love Neverfull but somehow can't pay that much for a bag that was twice cheaper couple of years ago

I felt I have too many bags, and some bags don't even get used once a year! and a few bags never got used! That's really waste of the money. not in 20 years from what I can see, gotta to beat Chanel first to reach to Hermes, ha
I have a relatively modest collection of handbags in general:
--LV speedyb 25 in mono
--LV Eva in DE
--Chanel m/l black classic flap
--Chanel woc in red caviar with shw
--proenza schouler ps1 medium in saddle
--proenza schouler ps1 pouch in black
And that's it as far as luxury bags go! I love each one to pieces.
I would like to add a mono pochette accessoires with a mono crossbody strap. But both have been "sold out" for quite some time...
That's sounds like a really nice collection) Im always envy of those who have a lot of luxury bags but do appreciate what I have and don't want any more at all)
