in the rM team thread, nicole posted the comment below about the Cupid. Does anyone know what she is referring to about lining issues? I am tempted to wear mine for a few weeks straight to see if any issues arise in my bag.

Hi Girls!

I wanted to address some quality control issues with our Cupid style that I know a few of you have had concerns about.

We are aware that the lining and the hardware on this style has had a few issues and our design and production team have been working on revising how the cupid is structured to prevent these issues from happening in the future.

The effortless style and functionality of the cupid are what make it one of our favorites, and we know that it is one of your favorites too! We would love to keep this style around for seasons to come and plan on ironing any issues out now to keep it around!

It looks like the straps are in a different location on the new Cupids. This must be one of the revisions that Nicole mentioned they were working on. Hmmmm......I kind of like the old way better!

I recently became a huge fan of the Cupid. So now I stay on the lookout for new ones. All I have to say is oh dear god, a Pink Cupid......... And not only is it pink, but the leather looks amazing.

Awwwwee. This is so cute. A pink girly girls dream. I love the light gold hw too. It really compliments the pink without overwhelming it. I had a problem the the bright gold hw on the raspberry Cupid. I thought it was a little gaudy so I sold it.

I had 2 cupids, both of which I sold also but more due to strap malfunction. Any idea where the pink one is available?

I know what you mean. I always have issues with gold hw. I have very few bags with it. But this doesn't look too bad.

Are you going to the sample sale as I see you're in NYC?

I really want to go but I shouldn't, since I have been overdosing on bags ever since the November SS!:p But I rsvpd just in case!;)

what a nice color!
I'm so glad they finally changed the cross body strap to this style (buckle and hole), so so so much better

ok so I JUST got my first RM this past weekend... (I live in Tennessee and there aren't many places that sell her stuff :(! I wanted to take a look at the bags in person before my first buy) and the cupid was my first buy. I AM IN LOOOOOOVE!!!! now to collect all the colors lol!!!

Yay! What color did you get? I love this style so much! Please post some pics if you can.

I got a crazy bright orange sample Cupid at the NYC sale last night. I'll post some pics in here later on.

I got the pale grey because I figured I could dress it up and dress it down :D I love that pink that's at Bloomingdales, but the leather looks different... so I'm not sure.
Bright orange would be fun!!! I will post pics of mine when I get home!!!
