I was browsing through older posts as I am looking for a boy in burgundy and there is a pre-loved one in great condition from that collection and I was wondering if there was anyone who would have posted something about it. Then I found your post! Did you confirm if it is lambskin. How has it been holding up? still in love? The colour is so gorgeous!

Looking to get the boy in black with GHW but can't decide on whether to go with smooth calfskin or caviar. For those who own calfskin, is it prone to scratches with time? Do the puffs deflate faster with the calfskin vs caviar? I'd like to keep the quilts as puffy as possible.

I’m curious if you’re still thinking of grey or did black win you over? I only ask because I can’t decide between the two lol. Also I want white or red so I really need to eliminate something

I'm actually really open to both but since i know greys are hard to come by, i figure it'd be easier to start with a black one and then maybe eventually add a grey boy to my collection if i'm lucky enough to find one in the future. But you can't really go wrong with either color. Both are neutral colors that are easy to match clothes with!

For those who own a boy bag with the gold brushed hardware, does the metal tarnish over time? If so, does it happen in terms of months, years? Would Chanel be able to retouch it or replace the hardware if ever it does happen? I'm seeing some new boy bags in store where the gold plating has already started to rub off. I'm just afraid of how it'll look a in a year or two.
