honestly when I saw the boy matte I thought it looked plasticly and i also thought the blue caviar looked like plastic. The beige(actually off white imo) looked ok

Oh NO I didn’t buy anything I did not like this collection AT ALL. Saw the pearl one too . Not for me don’t know how the pearls will wear with constant running on the bag plus Chanel is notorious for having problems with their pearls on their jewelry so I wouldn’t take that chance. Hoping SS2020 is better and I am planing on getting a dior oblique 30montaigne it’s coming in 2 weeks.
Oh I haven’t seen the dior bag in person but I love the look. Hopefully it’s not heavy and the shoulder strap is comfy!
I have this combo in the medium size. I bought it in March and used it many times, and it still looks new.

need your help here! I am enamored with the 20c grey chevron medium boy pictured below in different lighting. It’s a matte caviar leather with ruthenium hardware and it’s got a more edgy street look which I like. However, I’ve read from other posters on this forum about how some seasons’ caviar just look bad and I wanted to get your opinion on this guy. I don’t want to spend so much on a bag and have it turn out to be what everyone considers to be a bad batch of leather? Thoughts please! Thank you!

I used this grey boy a week straight and I love it. The leather seems tough to get scratches; the grey matches with blue, black, white jeans and look very edgy yet still elegant. It's understated and easy to get in and out, fit enough essentials for every day .
