This looks gorgeous!! It seems they have a lot of size, which size did you get??
Does anyone know current price in Euro for the large classic style? And all sizes come with strap option, yes? Is it pretty easy to find one with gold hw or is silver easier more common? Thanks!

Is this right? 1650€ is awfully low but it's listed as the Apr 2013 price. Has it gone up recently? Is this for a smaller size or is this classic size? And I'm surprised that the price has been $3000 USD since 2011 (according to that list)? That can't be right...

Yes I got mine in France (regular size) last summer and I also got the VAT tax back (I think 12%). It is much cheaper in France due to the exchange rate. I bought the bag and also got a pair of ballet flats and earrings.
And it is $3000 now in the US not sure if since 2011 but definitely in early 2012 when I was doing research. The gold hw is harder to come by. I got the last one at the Paris boutique on ave montangine. You can try to call the boutique to see if they have gold in stock or they can find one at another boutique for you.
I've seen some that sag in time however; I've used these and they seem to help retain the structure when not in use.

The leather will sag overtime without a doubt, but how quickly this happens will depend on how often you use it and what you carry and etc. I have had mine for about a year and it has still retained the rigid rectangular structure just like when I first brought it home. Stuffing the bag when not in use as Nikki_ has suggested and using a base shaper will help - that is what I have done
The executive tote is part of their classic collection so hopefully that's not the case. The website does not always show the full range.

Does the detachable pouch that inserts into the middle of the Cerf Tote come undone a lot? My Mum complains that it never clicks and stays connected and she is really disappointed after spending so much money. This was her first designer bag.
The only way she found this out was from using it, so she can't get a refund and I had no idea that something so simple couldn't do what it was meant for. Is this a common problem?

I am so upset I missed out on the jumbo executive! I didn't know it was seasonal at the time and passed up the one in the Brisbane boutique. definitely craving one right now they are fantastic bags!

Hi, it happens to me as well. I find it happens when I put my purse in the pouch and the bag is empty ish - my purse is quite long. I moved my purse to one if the zip pockets its safer
and the pouch unclicks way less. HTHit happens to me too! could be a general thing. but it never bothered me too much... i find that it tends to happen more often when you place a lot of items in the pouch. it's still a lovely bag though and i have had no regrets in purchasing itI just had a quick question and I was hoping someone could help me out.

Hi ladies, I just got a cerf tote bag from nm. It's a bit larger than the classic medium size and made with different leather. It's $3300. So is it still called cerf/ executive tote?
I heard the bag will sag eventually. Does anyone use a base shaper insert for it? Is it necessary? Where can I get one that perfectly fit for the bag? Thanks!

Could you possibly post a pic of this bag? My SA at Saks just told me they received the larger size also. I was wondering if its the one they used to call the XL cerf size, but that one was $3800 and this one is 3300
