She has offered to refund $200 for the poor description of the condition. Do you think it is worth it to send to CHANEL for spa and fixing? I originally paid 1650, so it would be 1450 now plus whatever the charges to CHANEL cost.

I don't recall exact amount, but your bag needs inside and outside spa clean which will run you approx more or less $250. It might takes up to 6 month depends on how busy they are and might run into a risk that if Chanel couldn't indentify the authentic of the bag, they will send it back to you without any work done. Ask for $300 refund i think will be reasonable. Good luck.

My SA at Chanel did the cleaning for my bag for free since there was stitching that needed to be fixed. I agree with the other person here to get back $300 from her. She didn't tell the truth and that could hurt her ebay rating if you complained. Good luck!

Hi everyone, I bought the chanel exec tote last week and love it so much. I notice from this picture that rochelle has the same bag but her detachable pouch inside seems to be tan coloured. It looks like an LV monogram of some sort that she may just be carrying inside her bag to me. Not sure. But I've never heard of that before either to have brown inside.

The bag itself is actually very light when empty, but I think it is too precious to stuff it with heavy items (such as a laptop) as i'm scared that the bottom will sag and the handles will stretch. It might be a good idea to invest in a bag base shaper to retain the shape if you are planning on using it to carry a laptop.

this definitely looks like an lv make up bag or something lv related. my cerf is fairly new and it just comes with the black nylon pounch with leather tabs on side to snap onto the bag

Hello ladies!
Im thinking on purchasing the cerf tote and would like to know if it is made in seasonal colors or just classic colors? So far I see it comes in black, burgundy, a sorta slate blue and light beige I am correct?
I will probably just go with the black one but just in case I thought I better ask.

I've only seen this tote in the colors you mentioned. However, I think the blue & burgundy are seasonal colors. But I'm not 100% certain.
