It's very disappointing for me too that the bag slouches over time but I'm trying not to let it bother me. I think if you're not rough with it, don't bend it wide open too much and don't carry loads of stuff in it, it will keep its shape for a long time. I've only used mine (with GHW) a couple of times but I don't carry much and I just used the open pockets to carry my stuff. I kept the stuffing in the zip compartment when I was using it to help it retain its shape.

Hope you find one with GHW.

I recently purchased the Executive tote in black w/ GHW at the Collins Street Boutique about a month ago - perhaps you should try there?

Hi, does anyone know If the Chanel cerf totes are all made in Italy? I was hoping to get a made in France but someone i know said that bag is not made in France :(

I am torn between purchasing what appears to be a very nice used Cerf Tote in black (w/duster, authenticity card, etc.) on EBAY at a buy-it-now price of pretty much half of what one costs new or taking the plunge and purchasing a brand new one in a beautiful blue. I am a working girl with no trust fund and my thoughts are that at least if the black one ends up not working for me, I can easily recoup my losses and even possibly sell it for a bit more on EBAY. While with a new one, the chances of getting what you paid anytime soon could be slim. Either way, can I get the thoughts of some professionals. Thank you.

If you can swing it now, I would get it now. Supply is so low after Christmas and you also run the risk of a price increase.

I just called up my local Chanel boutique & the SA I spoke to had a look into it for me & said that nothing has been brought to their attention & nothing is in their system about it as yet but said if it is the case it wouldn't be for a while yet as they are usually told quiet far inadvanced about it. Lets hope it is the case :(
