I'm so sad for you... I ended up return mine too.
I was at LV last week and there was a gal returning hers because the handle came apart.
I have enough stress in my life without added a bag I constantly need to worry about.

Was the bag caissa hobo as well?

Maybe check the bag date code? Mine i think is SA1135. This around march this year? My screws are pretty secure. But I want that bit. it shouldn't cost much to make them. They should change the screws to revits, that way it more secure and permanent

Mine is SR2115 so that would have been after yours

But I agree. I want to be able to enjoy my bags and not worry about them.

I may just go ahead and get the Delightful DE. I don't know what I'll do yet.

Yes. You would think they would have tested the attachment mechanism before they manufactured the bags!

I'm hoping they have a fix for it. I would feel better about that than a new bag unless they have addressed the problem.

I just went and checked my screw and it's loose again and now a second screw is loose.

Yes it does. Too much money to have to deal with issues.

Absolutely! If they fixed this issue I would be first in line!!
My hubby said he could put thread locker on it but really..... We shouldn't have to glue are brand new bags!!
