I'm on my way home for a few days before I take off again so luckily I can go back to the store where I bought it. Since I had all the parts I did put it back together but I know the screw isn't tight enough and I want them to look at it. Either way I now need to decide if I return it. I love the bag but that's a headache I don't know if I want to worry about all the time. All the other screws seem fine but there is definitely one loose one. The strap itself is definitely a work horse though. Still totally fine.

You know, you might be better off to keep that bag if they can fix it. If they repair it, it will probably stand a better chance of holding up. If they give you a new one it might be more likely to have the same problem.

Let us all know. Like I said I'm not the first and I probably won't be the last.

I will. You are right, it may be an issue with this bag, or the first run of this bag. That's why I like to way for new releases for a while to hear the feedback. But this bag I couldn't wait. Plus I was afraid the Rose Ballerine would sell out.

So update on my purse. This is what it looked like. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1439078400.354935.jpgImageUploadedByPurseForum1439078412.588760.jpg

Went to another store (my favorite inside Bloomingdales at South Coast Plaza in Southern California) since I was meeting friends for dinner. They SA looked at it. Didn't even skip a beat, I'm giving you a new one. I made a comment that I hope this doesn't happen again and he's like. It won't. Okay. I'm gonna hold you to that....

They were horrified, of course, and ordered me a new one. They also offered to fix it.

I didn't get a chance to go to the store where I bought it but the store I did go to had two in stock so the SA didn't even skip a beat and gave me a new one. Pointed out that this is clearly a flaw and told me not to worry about it happening again....we'll see.
