I REALLY enjoyed carrying this bag yesterday. The longer I carried it the more I loved it.

Women were stopping me to ask about my bag, what's it called, was it new. Even the SA at Chanel wanted the info on it! I was just looking at Chanel. LOL

Luckily no. I had gone into the bathroom and was just taking it off my shoulder to hang on the door and it just fell apart. The screw totally came lose and I don't even know how but it clearly became undone. I was able to put it back together since I had all the parts including the super tiny screw. But I didn't want to ruin the screw so I know it's not in as tight as it should be. I really need to go back to the store....just so out of my way.

I know! That's my issue too. Love the bag but now I'm gonna just always be paranoid. I do want to take it back and see if they will fix it give me a new one or what. Either way I did put it back together in the mean time so I could get home.

They were horrified, of course, and ordered me a new one. They also offered to fix it.

I'm on my way home for a few days before I take off again so luckily I can go back to the store where I bought it. Since I had all the parts I did put it back together but I know the screw isn't tight enough and I want them to look at it. Either way I now need to decide if I return it. I love the bag but that's a headache I don't know if I want to worry about all the time. All the other screws seem fine but there is definitely one loose one. The strap itself is definitely a work horse though. Still totally fine.
