So the handle busted. I have all the pieces luckily. There is a screw that apparently comes undone causing the whole thing to fall apart. I'm going to have a fun time going home from a business trip with a busted purse....

Oh no!! I feel your pain. Literally. You're lucky you have all the parts. Mine busted in a parking lot. I returned the bag. I was afraid it'd happen again. It's so beautiful, but I can't carry around a bag waiting for a break - especially not a $2k bag. I'm sending hugs your way. It is no fun at all to love the bag so much and then it breaks!

Mine was in a public restroom. But I had a feeling it was going to happen because I noticed that one of the sides with the screws was sticking out funny. Nothing super noticeable but something I felt when I happened to run my finger over it it was moving and I knew then I'd have to go back to the store. Luckily since I had all the parts I was able to screw it back together. But yes, a $2k bag shouldn't be doing this and clearly I'm not the first nor will I be the last.

Sadly I'm going to have to decide if I want to return it or not.

Grrrrrr! This makes me mad!
I haven't even had a chance to use mine yet and now I have to worry about a silly screw every time I use my $2000 bag!
I cringe thinking about that bag hitting the ground with the glazing on the corners.
