I am glad you got another one! I was too paranoid to do it. But if you aren't crazy like me, the bag is so beautiful that it's worth keeping because if you return it ... no more beautiful Caissa. Now I'm totally lost as to what bag I want next!

The RB totem charm is gorgeous! I want it!

I saw the hobo IRL. The RB goes very well with DE, I agree. The red is eye catching and classy on the other hand. I didn't see the tote, wallet or card holder but I feel I like the card holder. I didn't buy the hobo because it has no zipper.

Since I had all the parts I did put it back together but I know the screw isn't tight enough and I want them to look at it. Either way I now need to decide if I return it. I love the bag but that's a headache I don't know if I want to worry about all the time. All the other screws seem fine but there is definitely one loose one. The strap itself is definitely a work horse though. Still totally fine.

I'm so glad they took care of it!!!! I hope your new one holds up. Keep us posted. I'm going to wear mine for several days in a row and see how it does.

Ladies who are considering the caissa hobo, there would be a new Monogram Gaia coming out this month, similar to caissa hobo but in canvas and it comes in noir and cerise.
Priced at USD 2500.

Keep a look out and was told the style in both colors are seasonal, may be wrong on if both colors are seasonal.

Is that the one that is monogram on the front and back and the solid color on the side panels?

Yeah I'm wondering the same thing. I don't think I'm going to like that one compared to the Caissa.
