Seems they would have to honor the info the SA gave you. Definitely take the email in and speak to the manager if you have to.

Agree, changing terms in the middle of the FB event in low. I waited until towards the end of the period thinking I'd want to add a couple of things besides the Borough to the order, but now Coach has lost a big order from me.

It is a little nuts...I bought my first two Borough bags with PCE and the next two with multiple corporate gift cards, all of which supposedly excluded the Borough. I don't think it is any attempt at a trick by Coach....it is probably more an indication that an employee or two in the marketing or distribution departments are about to lose their jobs. Any company with thousands of employees has an issue with consistency and following directions, and my guess is a few heads at corporate are rolling over this.

New gold/walnut/sun glow has been posted on Coach. My initial reaction isn't "gotta have it". Anyone else?

Love the mini war grey/blue oxford though. Also noticed new tote and they have more pebbled oxblood and silver alpine mediums back in stock.

^Thank you for the notice! I'm interested in ordering that large borough in camel/bright mandarin, provided that they'll honor my PCE on Thursday. Ahem. I was hoping for a camel in a gold hardware, and also for some pop, which the edgepaint gives, so this that one is good for me. For some reason they took the edgepaint down the staging site before this month's update, but with the style number my SA confirmed that it was already available to order from JAX. Is this why the idiots stopped the promotions on the borough, I wonder?

I went into the store today to use the PCE on a couple of Boroughs and because I was told on Sunday that they were allowing the discount they honored the discount. My SA said the discount was indeed over but if you were told about it they could still give it to you.

They honored my FB pce, and I agree there are a few employees in marketing have screwed up. Hope they get it together before they loose customers..... My store isn't happy about how they did it either, should have changed it after these events.
