I bought a Roger Vivier shoes, lost by DHL during delivery, Mytheresa had bad customer service, irresponsible by not following up the matter + being a liar when they said DHL cannot do anything, so do them. The fact that when i tried to contact DHL by myself, there was no history of complaint/investigation ever made by Mytheresa.

I have bought in My Theresa quite a bit over the years, including their brick & mortar shop, and had no issues. But I am in Germany which may make things easier...

I'm eyeing on the 101801 madam coat .. possibly in the smallest size available. Is this coat worth it? Does the quality really last that long? I've read some horrible reviews on Trustpilot .. has anybody experienced bad customer service?
