Hi Leila!
Thanks so much for your reply! I was looking at the ox blood and I agree, that could be a great neutral! I almost bought a small zipped Bayswater in red last week on sale but by the time I got it in my cart and went to check out, it was gone. I need to type faster, LOL! Can I ask you about bag size? I carry around a long zipped wallet, my phone, a make-up bag and two glasses cases. Would these things fit in a mini or would I need a small?
Hi, Tricia!
I always miss the sales too- lol! I think the mini would be perfect for what you carry. Here’s a link to a YouTube video by Chic Professor. Near the end she shows what will fit in the mini, which is TONS! It’s what helped me decide what size I wanted:

I hope you find your perfect bag!

I finally got my first Mulberry bag and also found this forum :) - I'm so enjoying all the experience and knowledge within!

One thing that is bugging me is that the head of the zipper doesn't have the Mulberry tree or the stamp of "RiRi", is this common on the Small Zipped Bayswater? What do you guys say, that own one? Thanks!

I am also considering the mulberry belted Bayswater with strap, which is the larger size. Does anyone know if it fits in a 13inch MacBook ? Thank you.
Hey there! I have an Asus Zenbook and the dimensions are around the same as a 13inch MacBook but much thinner. I'm able to fit the laptop very easily if the sides of the bag are brought out. There's still quite a lot of room in it as well if you do that. The downside is that cinching the bag in without it bulging in weird places means that I have to angle my laptop in a very specific way and that's always a bit annoying. I think that a 13inch MacBook would fit only if you brought the sides of the bag out, but because the bag is just a deep pit, things won't really fall out unless you really try haha. Also, I'm always really tempted to stuff the bag, but it is REALLY heavy when everything is in there.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. I went down to the store earlier and realise that the laptop can only fit in the middle. I’m still debating whether I should get the belted Bayswater or just the classic Bayswater. The classic Bayswater sit very awkwardly on my shoulder. It’s true that the belted Bayswater get really heavy with everything in it including laptop.

I debated between the belted bayswater and the classic bayswater as well. This was my first luxury bag purchase, and I was set on one of the bayswater models. I definitely gambled a bit as I'm from Canada. There are no physical Mulberry stores here, unfortunately, so I couldn't really test any out. I ended up going for the belted bays as it is a bit smaller, and I really love how elegant and feminine it looks. That being said, another downside of the belted bays is that it is quite wide at the base and wearing it crossbody has led to the bag bumping into things (though, I do lack good spatial perception, so maybe it's more my fault haha). You can't really wear it as a shoulder bag that's snug under the arm like the classic bays (at least, that's what I assume) as the top handle is too short. The extra strap that comes with it is much too long for me for a shoulder bag style and sometimes slips off (I'm only around 5'3 with pretty thin shoulders). I'm planning to get a shoulder strap that's shorter and wider, so maybe that'll help.
