Pocket on the mirror could 05, but there was a lighter magenta released, I believe, in 07 which would also have the pocket on the mirror.

I think 2015 red was coquelicot and 2018 red was rouge cardinale. Does that sound right?

Both colours were done in more than one season. Coquelicot was 2011 and 2012 as well as 2015, and rouge cardinale was 2013 and I believe 2017.

Sorry I can’t advise you as to the better leather, I’m firmly stuck in the pre-2011 era.

Anyone with papier totes, where/when do you use them, what do you put in them, and most importantly-how do you keep things from falling out?!?!

I heard there was an artist in NY that you could send bags to and they would custom illustrate them or graffiti mark them. This looks a bit more ornamental, but same idea. I never could find out who the artist was though, I think it was a painter.

2008 was a mixture of chevre and agneau. By F/W it was all agneau as I understand it. I had an 08 marine and the leather was wonderful but I don't know if that's characteristic of the year. (It was F/W and the tag stated agneau, it was beautiful and smooshy).
