Just curious, have any of you favourite owners out there noticed a cushioned spongey spot inside the bag for the magnetic backing?
Just wondering if its normal.. and what its purpose is for.

thought its always been there.

I have the monogram Favorite PM and it is less than one year old and it has the crease. I took it to the downtown Seattle LV and they said "oh that's just how it is". I went to another LV store and the SA said they could send a picture or send it out for repair but it would take 6-8 weeks and that the wait list for the bag is extremely long.
I should send it out for repair right? I'd take store credit and possibly buy the Pallas clutch instead. Thoughts?

I kinda of have to agree with the SA, it's inevitable. I see some are worse than the others, maybe few don't have that crease, but I don't know how did the owners use them. I guess have to accept it 80% of chance the crease would appear.
