Yes! You can have it shipped to you. From my understanding the only thing that has to be picked up in person are the quota bags and some other custom pieces. For example, I did not pay tax on my custom watch yet, so when it arrives I will pick it up in person.
I will say, sometimes I ask for the item to be shipped to the store so I can see my SA and chat with her, but its 50/50 for me.

Depends what you are looking for, but there's never a lot of stock at the Houston store. I was there last weekend and it was packed. But even my SA said there's no stock so why are there so many people. I managed to snag some loafers and mules I was looking for. I just did my first on line purchase a couple of days ago. I generally buy everything though my SA though. If it's not in the store, he'll try to locate it for me.

Anyways, i ended up finding it at H.com during a drop and got to buy it there without much thought. Sometimes, you can score thru h.com than never at all, if that makes sense. As a very busy person, i wouldnt wanna go to a physical store if theres nothing to buy lol. Anyways, good luck to me.
Right! I'm too busy. I only go to the store if my SA has something for me. I just send a pic of what I want and wait to see if I'm lucky. Aww goodness! I forgot to add to this thread my recent score! I’m so happy about this one! I’m all over the place with my wishlist and what I want as my first quota. I keep flipping between wanting a K or B. As of now I’m wanting a b.
Anyway, I got a “are you in town” text week before last and I was super exited to see my SA’s name! She knows that I travel frequently from previous convos. For her to text it had to be something, right?! Well, not a quota but a wishlist item! I stated I wanted anything in this color. I got offered a C18 Mauve Sylvestre in chèvre with rose gold hardware. Swoon! I’m a pink person and made that very clear from day one! My SA told me that pink was really popular in this store so it may be a wait! Buuut she said “I remember this one was the one color you said you wanted from the first meeting!” She was so excited and I was too when I got to the store. Here she is!
I also picked up a cdc in MS epsom with rghw that same day. For anyone interested im over the 1:1 (maybe close to 2:1? Idk) but I’m not bothered because I know my SA will come thru for me and I’m enjoying my shopping experience. I honestly don’t get the impression that ration matters at that store but what do I know lol.
I also saw someone ask if Constance is considered a quota bag and it is not at the Houston location, according to my SA. I asked before I bought the Constance

Agreed on the relationship being more important. I couldn’t make it in the store on Thursday when she contacted me and held it until Monday. She said her SM would only let them hold certain items for 24 hours but her sm allowed me to wait until Monday. She knows that I live far and couldn’t make it by the time the store closed. I think I secured more trust in her when I told her I’d be there Monday before her lunch break and showed up exactly before then. She even mentioned me showing up right when I said I would. For the sa’s to be so busy the one I have has the memory of an elephant

I will say I’m awful about setting a precise appointment time. I usually just say “Hey Boo, I’m coming to see you.” Lol. If hes busy, I just go to Dior or chat with another SA who will show me items until he’s free. He’s knows I’m a but of a hot mess with my schedule, so I pop in when I get a bit of freedom. He’s very understanding.
