That's a good question. I think I would call ahead. I can't remember if I did that or not. I think I just confirmed whether I needed an appointment and I didn't. Even though it's not a quota bag, I think you should establish a relationship with an SA who can keep a look out for it. I never see bags on the floor but they could have it in the back.
I dont think theres a way to contact an SA in Houston unless you or someone you know know an SA beforehand. The online appt system doesnt seem to work for that store. Also, best to establish an SA relationship if you have other spending plans moving forward. Good luck. I got my GP36 in 2018 as a walkin (dont know anyone, dont know anything about Hermes, just strolling around impulse buy). It still looks brand new and my go to for work conferences (as i dont like the attention of using a birkin as a work tote).
From my experience they will assign you an sa when you go to the store. I called ahead and they told me to just come in without an appointment. When I got to the store the sm and two SAs were at the door with the guard. The one I made eye contact with was the one that I’ve been working with since I first went in at the beginning of this year! Good luck! So far everyone seems to be very welcoming and nice!
I just walked in for the first time in May. And my SA walked up to me and I’ve been with her since then. My bf did buy a silk tie from another SA (the second time we were there) bc we didn’t know better lol. But all my purchases beside the silk tie have been with my very first SA at the store. She is super nice!!!

I think the shelves (at least as far as bags) will remain bare for a long time. My SA told me stock is still depleted and quota bags will not be displayed. He thinks the only stores that can display quota bags are New York. I haven't gotten any bag offers since June. I don't really expect to get another quota bag offer until the end of the year at least. I may get a constance offer which I really want. Most of my orders are charge sends, generally shoes. So far I've been lucky with sizing and haven't had to return anything. I'm still looking at scarves and some fashion jewelry. I looked at a couple of pieces of fine jewelry last month that were stunning but expensive.Just checking in to see if anyone has been to the store lately? Gotten any bags?
i went in maybe a month ago and the shelves were still bare. All of my recent purchases have been charge sends. I’m trying to avoid doing that too much to avoid returns since I’m not completely sure of my sizing (shoes and rtw) just yet. I can always depend on being able to buy a scarf in store tho
