^ I only used 1 regular Tan Towel Evolution towelette so the result is subtle. When I use 2 I look like I've been holidaying in Hawaii for a few weeks!

Ok so I am probably the only one in the world that can mess up Tan Towels application but I did. I completely missed some spots on both of my arms! I have this fear of the towel drying out quickly so I went over the tops of my arms first then did my chest and the underneath of my arms.

Does anyone have any techniques for applying this? I think this will be a great tanner to throw in to my bag for vacations.

I really don't have a technique but my tan always turns out great! I did another application last night and it looks great! I don't rush it...I start with my face, neck, ears, chest, arms, stomach/back, then legs and feet and then hands. My legs seems to hold the tan the best so I wipe that area toward the end.

I just read through all the pages, and didn't see this mentioned but forgive me if it was, do these have an odor? I'm really sensitive to how tanning lotions smell and can't wear them during the day, so I've tried wearing them at night but then my bed stinks! These sound awesome and I'm in desperate need of some color!! BTW, imashopaholic you look amazing!!! The color is so natural on you and so even! Is that the light/fair or medium/dark? Your pics are what convinced me!

These barely have an odor. When I do the Versaspa/mystic tan at the tanning salon I reek but not with this. I'm trying to smell my arms right now (lol) and its VERY minimal in my opinion. The package describes it as a light citrus fragrance. I love that it dries instantly too. No stains!

I just bought and used Tan Towels based on recommendations from you guys and for the first time in my entire life, I got a nice natural looking tan!!! I am in awe of this. Even though everyone says this is fool-proof, I still thought perhaps I would somehow mess it up, but I didnt and it looks great. :tup: Thank you!

I think if you keep doing them consecutively you will eventually hit every spot. The first time I use tantowels I try to hit everywhere. The second day I go to the spots I missed first. It takes a little practice but you can get it right.

Oh good!! I'm glad you like them too! I don't know what I'm going to do if they ever stop making these. They rock!!

After reading this thread last night, I bought them after work! Dillard's had the exfoliating kit on sale for $10 but were out of the towels. So...I went to Ulta and got the towels and face moisturizer. They were soooo easy to use! I am so happy and would recommend these (and will) to everyone I know!
