i did do it 3 days in a row. i will say i am definitely going to continue using them without a doubt. they are the best self tanning product i have tried. i think my review came out sounding negative when really i am very happy with them but i think people should know if you are looking for a serious color change you might want to go with the medium to dark even if you are pale. i am very pale but not the pretty alabaster skin pale i am like pinky pale so i feel like i need a tan. if you want just a touch of color the light skin ones will work just fine. in the winter i think the light would be just fine for me but with summer coming and on warn days i can wear shorts or tank tops i need just a little more than what the light is giving me.

They're great! The only thing is that I find the half sheets don't cover both my legs.
