I am very fair and tried these today with good results. I got the light to medium and ended up applying twice on my legs. I may use them one more time today since I would like for my legs to be just a little darker.

onesmallchimera I would consider myself to be rather fair and I use the light to medium and think they give me a streak free believable "tan." (I haven't tried the medium to dark.)

i find i have to apply three days in a row to get the color i really like. possibly four days in a row, but i don't want to go through them that fast, so i stick with three!! but this is the most realistic looking tan i have ever gotten from a self tanner. and the fact that the color fades evenly like a real tan is even better. i still haven't mastered the hands and feet yet, but one of these days i'll get it.

i read through all the posts and i was so excited to try there. i ran to ulta the very next morning to get them. i got the light to medium half sheets and was able to do my whole body with a half sheet. (i'm 5'5ish and 130 lbs) i want to say i really liked them but i think reading through all the great reviews raised my expectations to high. they didn't streak, they weren't super sticky, they don't really smell, they are super easy to use but i am also not very dark. i did my whole body two days in a row and then did just my arms and legs on the third day. i am definitely darker because i was incredibly pale to start but i would not say i am tan. maybe once it gets warmer i will try to medium to dark skin. overall i think i like them. especially because i didn't smell nearly as bad as i do with other things. i have weird skin chemistry so everything smells a lil odd on me but unless u actually smelled my skin (which does not happen often) you can't really smell it. and that what only after the first day. two days later i can't smell it at all. sorry for the long post but i just thought i would share.

I like them its not a big color change unless you do it 3 times in a row one a day. I like one a week in winter just so I dont feel so light. I use deep tan but Im already olive.
