Do you really need a capsule for weekend? As far as I remember you have a lot of beautiful clothes. Why would you want to limit yourself?

To keep myself from going out of hand again. [emoji28]

I've purchased another 3 cheap dresses since it's going to be eternal summer here. I'm trying to limit going overboard again because of space issues and I'm trying to save for my 30th bday. [emoji4]

So I really like these long skirts from Uniqlo.

The pleats are feminine, the length is good for the varying office temperature, and it fits in the conservative yet casual business attire of the company. And it's sooo comfy.

This is basically my work "uniform" to make life easier haha. Not exciting but it works.

bakeacookie thoughts:
There are times I wish I could get rid of all my clothes and start over.
But then that would be insane! haha.

But if money wasn't an issue:
I've been toying with the idea of finding 5 absolutely comfy and ideal work dresses to take me through a work week. Maybe even 10 so I wouldn't have to worry of when I do laundry.
Then 5 outfits for the weekend (a mix of tops and bottoms, like 5 blouses and 5 bottoms?)
3 nicer dresses for formal events (spring, winter, black)
1 wool coat
2 trench coats (light and dark)
5 cardigans that go with the work dresses.
3 blazers (light, dark, patterned)
6 pairs of flats, 1 pair of heels, 1 pair of comfy casual shoes, 1 pair of short boots.
A ton of accessories to coordinate with the dresses and to fit work-casual-formal occasions.

That's 34 clothing items, 9 shoes, and "unlimited" accessories.

Beyond the accessories, that's a capsule wardrobe.

But it seems so restrictive, yet I am toying with the idea of doing so if I reach my goal weight.

Usually, when I decide something needs to leave, I'm set. I don't hesitate unless it's expensive. But for clothing and shoes it's usually easy.

But I cannot decide on these shoes.

I'm not sure why but I have such difficulty styling these. :/

Should I keep trying? There so pretty and cute.

Oh, they ARE cute! I seem them with black and white: black skirt, white fitted blouse, black coat.
The pink/lilac would pop up on the lips, nails, hair-accessoires, purse, sunglasses, scarf ....
Maybe like this, or this ;-) or this.
I like the last styling the most, because the fuchsia cardigan balances the shoe-colour.

Question is: do you own anything in a like/similar colour to balance the shoes? Waistline and/or higher?
A belt could do it.

... not so sure, if this was your question?

Anyways: as always: beautiful Ferragamos!
