Thank you; I’m happy to enableThis looks amazing on you!!!! I knew I wanted this but I really want this now !! Lol congrats!!
It’s the Cord'H scarf ring. (H602139S 00)Love this new scarf ring! Can you share the name?
It’s so good to see you around! the shawls really are fantastic, aren’t they? Just perfect for lounging around on a cold day.I’m a bit late with this response but I am totally shocked, shocked I tell you, to read the naughty scarfies’ confessions about their library books! Not returning them? Building up huge fines!!!
As a former librarian, I need to find the smelling salts - so shocked!
Now I have got that, utterly shocking revelation out of my thoughts, I will turn to scarves. I knew that it would happen. I said that I was only going to save up for one shawl, but I so love the one I now have and I am looking for another. I’m not sure whether any of the new shawls really appeal, so perhaps I will wait awhile and see?
In one of the early press photos on this thread, there was a scarf that had a dark blue or black background with multi-colored chains on it. I'm so sorry that I don't know what it is called. Has anyone seen it? Is it a 90 or a 70cm? This will probably be the only one that I get for the season, so I really hope it goes into production.![]()
I think it’s ‘réaction en chaînes’ and a 90. Accidentally ordered the twill and then found the washed silk versions on h.com. Fortunately cancelled the first order w/ customer service. It would have been nice to compare, but I’ll first see if the washed versions are too pale befire exchanging for oossible twill. Your photos and others are helpful! Thanks!Yes, there are. I think Le Timbalier, En Roue Libre and Selle des Steppes will also come in both wash and silk twill. A good season to try a wash scarf if any of the designs/colorways appeals.
Sorry no serious mod shot as this is going on the wall. I say that a lot, I know. But this scarf is special. For a start the hem. I just love the rainbow! I know that a white border is not always to everyone's taste but in this instance it operates as a visual break between the hem and the main design. A photo of the reverse is included an you will see a very high colour saturation on the reverse. Enjoy!

I don’t know how you feel about buying preloved, but I’ve noticed that there are often good deals to be had purchasing CSGMs second hand. Like you, it’s hard for me to justify getting one new at retail, so two that I own are both preloved. And if the current seasons don’t appeal, maybe a past season would? Or I suppose there’s always saving up for the autumn/winter releases!
Beautiful! Yes, I think the white border here is perfect to set off that rainbow hem!Sorry no serious mod shot as this is going on the wall. I say that a lot, I know. But this scarf is special.
