Do you mean switch SA at the store or switch store?
It is also worth to note that it is not all about spending. What categories you spend seem to matter too. It is about the stores size, customer base and how many more that want the exact same as you vs how many B30 they recieve per year. Do you like shopping at the store and with your SA? I think that is most important in the long run.
Yeh I’m at 1.7:1 almost exclusively in fine jewelry and watches at my new store (I switched because my old SA left and my newly assigned one never responded to a single text, after stating that was the preferred method of communication). I know I’m in for the long haul with my stats unfortunately.

What are your spent on ? I had same thought too but I buy most things I like and when I approached 25-30k I pushed my SA quite often when I buy each items say A bit funny joke like I lost weight waiting for my bag stock has been low end of last years but this year stock coming back. My SA remember so big thing is remind your SA . You should ask SA how the stock situation and the prospect of getting the bag. If you are ok with phw it will be faster. I wanted ghw and neutral dark color so it took a while . H is making a lot of phw these days! I think depend on SA and also after SA request manager will view as you know. Are you at Madison too? I know one of my frd boss regular client and spent was 40k in two months on fine Jewelry and waiting on mini or 25 same location.

i think because now we are moving to more CASUAL looks and silver is preferred over SHW. But to me GOLD still win . Some don't care about hardware and some color does look better with shw. plus SHW is slightly cheaper to make too i believe. Chanel is also making good amount of silver hardware too lately. IT moving toward more casual looks. ANd they r trying to stop rose gold hardware i heard or its becoming super rare. Hopefully they are making a come back for rose gold and more gold..

After watching FW2022 show, I think PHW is coming up big time. Especially black PhW. There is a lot of hype working up on black PHW on Chinese social media as well
Actually PHW is palladium plated. Precious metal too. So it is not so cheap as a material compared to gold. If I use prices of Oz mule as a guide, only rose gold plated OZ is higher priced. Gold, permabrass and Palladium hardware oz mules are cheaper.
Additionally, now that there’s a lot of craziness going on (Russia being biggest exporter of Palladium), I hope price of palladium won’t shoot thru the roof causing H to adjust the prices.

My home store is tiny, you can literally browse through the entire store in <10min, not in cali or NYC.
I buy what I like or will use (i.e. if I want a new belt, I get it at H instead of some other brand), and I feel like I have a good rapport with my SA, but I also want a working relationship that is productive. I want to work with her long term, but I need to see that she is able to procure wishlist items after a certain amount of time and shopping has occurred.
XD true. My city is noncompetitive in the sense that the concentration of movie stars and old money is not as high as NYC or cali, and is not a hub for asians.

I gave my wishlist during my first visit. When I hit 0.6/0.7 my SA bought it up first and said she was gonna try to get me a bag before the end of the year, I hadn't mentioned it before that. After a couple of months passed I asked how that was going, and she said soon, probably in the next month...then nothing. She told me they just have no stock, which being such a small store and at holiday time, I was disappointed but can understand. Now I'm at 1:1...and the answer is some time this year.
No I'm not at Madison, if I was in NYC I would totally understand that 1:1 is not likely, but somebody at my store just got an offer in a coveted color with 0.7:1 (5k in homeware).
I hope then H make more gold and Rose Gold which is good for me
Wow you are lucky! Yes I think stock was low I asked Oct last year she kept saying soon and this year hit and I asked will I ever get a bag this year she said I will one I was like one?!! Only? After 30k ...oh well I heard noe quota became 1 per year did you ask your SA about it..I think keep asking and say nicely this year new stock is coming for sure
