Not if one is a regular RTW client who shops generously and is not a nag. but if someone’s version of RTW is a t shirt and a few twillanes, maybe
You do not need any prespens in Paris to be offered coveted QBs. But IMO you do need a lottery appt; a prearranged appt or some other circumstance. Or a lot of luck and charm
ETA: FSH doesn’t count your spend at another Paris location unless you are the kind of client they decide they want to woo (and IMO that has more to do with VIP or high net worth than actual one time amount spent

@buddycutie , an SA can pretty easily tell if you are trying to purchase to better game the system. So I would agree with above to buy what you actually want on their own merits. But? Having said that, when the H08 first came out )that being the first watch where Hermes ‘made’ the movement), the day we bought one, we got three offers (accepted an etoupe b30).
However, in general for subsequent offers (like B25 sellier hold; B25 quadrille; and k25 padded Gris Meyer) it’s been a combo of RTW and being very easy going. @a rate of maybe 5X plus in RTW in between accepted offers. I can of course only speak to my own experience. YMMV
