No. What really matters is if your like this SA and think you can work with them.
You are not the first to wonder if somehow newer vs experienced SA makes a difference and that really is not the biggest factor. See

More experienced SA may have more sales and can get more bags but that’s because they already have a group of established long-term clients with them, and they have to take care of their existing clients. A newer SA may have less sales or power at the store but they are more likely to put you higher in their list as they are new and just starting to build their list. It more or less works out. We also sometimes hear that the biggest sales don’t even want to / care to take on many new clients because they are already busy with existing ones. Also, sometimes the SM (manager who in many places have the final say on allocating bags after SAs propose bag offers) will even help out a new SA by giving more bags to them so they can quickly establish a group of loyal clients for themselves.
In the end IMO what really matters is if you connect with your SA. Did you like the SA that helped you and enjoyed your experience shopping with them? If so I’d stick with them for a bit and see how things go.
