I saw some Italian guy come into a restaurant with one. It has a really good patina and was well used and it actually looked really good... but he could have had any reason for carrying it. Maybe it wasn't his 'daily' bag.

I do own a Keepall 45 as weel but it tends to be too bulky for everyday stuff...I use it at work because I keep all my paperwork and some spare ties and an extra pair of dress pants in there...I'll post what the two look like on me :)

Alright guys and gals..I kept my Speedy 30 and I have gotten ALOT of compliments on it...I decided its alot easier to carry around than my Keepall 45...So here are some pics:smile1:

i've got a bunch of hand-held bags that i love and use often. but carrying a Speedy is one of those very fine lines i wouldn't cross. its a personal choice. if you love it and have the full confidence to carry it, then kudos to you!

I think the Speedy looks so much better than a 'Fanny Pack' on a man, but think the 40 is a good choice proportionally.

Their is little difference between a large Speedy, and a 'Carry All'. It just dosent have the straps and is a 'cleaner' look.

Ok here is my opinion. Personally, I can't imagine not carrying a bag - and I don't know how men keep track of all their things without losing them. If a guy feels comfortable carrying a bag - the more power to him (confidence is very sexy). That all being said, my husband wouldn't carry a bag for all the money in the world.

in my opinion the speedy is just too feminine looking for a man....i think it would look rather odd to see a man carrying one!

eta-- you do look good carrying it though!!! i think you made me change my mind!!

i used to have the biggest crush on Snoop..i would take him over puffy combs anyday. my freinds think im weird for that. i read, that was supposed to be his wifes purse, either way, i am not feeling the "showercap" and the hair berets, and that picture is dated anyhow. as for men in speedy's, Its just not doing it for me, I love bags, but this controversial topic has me returning everyday to see whats next. No disrespect, but i am sure he knows that is a purse, even the way he is carrying it says purse, " i am not hating on him "but that is the "last" purse. Its his business to carry a purse. Regardless, if LV puts that bag on the women side or men side of the store, it is still a purse, that dude knows its a purse, and thats the end of that..keep rocking your purse!:tup::faint:
