Speedy on a Male

Since guys are bigger in general, then bigger bags look better on them. Thus I think the Speedy 40 would be just about perfect!

IMHO, I think any guy or gal can pull off ANY bag, as long as they are confident with it!

This guy posted more pictures of his "Speedy 30" on the 'Louis Vuitton' Facebook group and it is FAKE, FAKE, FAKE! Sorry that he wasted all of our time!

NJoelPeyer- Maybe you should save up for an authentic bag like the rest of us (not all of us have to save up for months, but the majority do).

Yes, I agree, these bags look off ! :smash:

I agree that the speedy looks good on guys in the larger versions, but I've never been a personal fan of the smaller ones on men. Honestly though I think you should get what you really want . You can always sell it if you change your mind.

I thought the same thing about the Speedy also, but it was too small... I have a keepall 50 (or 55 I don't remember which it is right now) and personally, I think it looks better and you don't question it because it's larger.

Personally, I feel a smaller keepall like 45 will be a good speedy substitute. Speedy is kinda small for most guys and not wide enuff to pass off as a good man bag.

But again, whatever you like, wear it with confidence:-)

hey, guy, glad to find another guy from germany here. i have read this whole thread through - i am a dancer and choreographer and i carry with me a few things all the time: wallet, cellphone, agenda, papers, notes, pencils...normally i take a beaubourg, but what i don't like about this one - especially in autumn and winter- is that you can't close it properly. and a keepall is just too big...

so i agree with you: there are not only men's and women's bags, but bags that fit into the whole picture of you - or don't fit. it's about taste and what you want to use it for.

i haven't seen a lot of guys carrying LV-stuff around in BERLIN, but that's maybe because the mono is thought of as being a female pattern...as LV in general sometimes seems to be a female or gay brand...

what is it like where you live?
