Depends on the style you are going for. I prefer the look of the LV one for a streetwear look. I also think the hac a dos would be an alternative streetwear look from H.

I personally prefer the look of the Vuitton one, save for the capacity. It looks like the Evelyn TPM would fit more things inside.
if you can save up some more money, instead of getting the Evelyne TPM, get that bag being discussed above (Sac a depeches 21), which is quite similar in features to the LV bag you shared.

I don't think these are the same types of bags as far as utility and aesthetics, so I honestly wouldn't cross shop them. But if I had to choose, I'd go for the LV in this case.
I vote TPM. You see the black hardware on the Louis Vuitton bag? Good luck keeping it pristine. It's going to scratch just by opening and closing it over time to reveal the cheap silver hardware underneath the paint. I am speaking from experience, anything that is black hardware for Louis Vuitton you should avoid.

The HAC a dos is gorgeous, but perhaps a bit on the bigger size than what I was thinking for a daily use.

Tough choice, but I probably would choose the evelyne tpm because it fits more items and more practical.

Today it wasn't a gym bag. I used it to carry my Prada and Moreau bags that I showed him. #bagLadies
After lunch, we went to our main objective for the day, which was for him to try on a 35 B at the store. They only had an orange demo Birkin 35 but it's fine. We were only after the size.
I think the size is perfect for him. He has a month to decide whether he wants to put his name on the wishlist or not. He's also eyeing a similar-sized Cabat at BV.
The list at our store opens at the end of the month. I'm excited on what he will eventually pick
