Hi! I definitely think it depends on your spend and relationship. I was fortunate to receive my SO and 2 QB. I’ve heard so many mixed things with bags at SCP but I feel like the relationship is most important.

Do you feel that it’s prespend or your years of being a client that helped you with your SO?
I never thought about a SO until about 2 years ago where I kept seeing them on instagram so I asked. I don’t think every SA is allocated a SO at each boutique. But I believe my prespend and relationship helped a lot in the last 2 years being offered a SO every year. But I think every client has different scenarios. I’m sure some have less spend and also get bags. Who even knows how everything is decided. I’m just letting you know my experience

Does anyone know if your spending profile resets after a certain amount of time at SCP? I’ve been trying for a second QB since late 2022 but taking it slow this year since our family has higher priority life goals at this time…wondering if all spending since my first QB (from Sept 2022) still counts or has it already been (or will be) erased after a certain time. TIA!
I don’t even know how the wishlist system works here at this location 😅 I’ve always verbally mentioned it to my SA when I go in to shop (I notice she doesn’t like to discuss about bags via text) and I think she is well aware of what I’m looking for by now since I’m quite particular, but I’ve never seen her write anything down. Is there a more formal way to put our wishlist down??
Your profile on their iPad devices is a rolling two year period. One of your profile line items is lifetime spend so it will still be included there but the recent term spend will start to fall off after the 24 month point.
I don't believe the spending history gets erased or forgotten, what we spent is in their system. I have the same SA in BH for so many years. I started my second QB journey since Feb 2022, and I have purchased closed to 20K items that I love of course, but no QB yet. My SA keeps assuring me that I am on the top of his list for QB. I am not sure how long will it take to get my second Kelly, but I am hanging in and not spending as much as I used to

I did get my first QB rather quickly with lower spending in 2019 at BH, but the second one is taking so long. My guess is BH store gets lots of celebrities, and it is surrounded by posh neighborhood so lots wealthy clients. For a long time that was the closest Hermes store near me, but now they open another store in Topanga mall, and I was offered to move there and I kindly declined because I didn't want to lose my wonderful SA. I am thinking they have slow down offering QBs because of the lawsuit?Thanks for sharing your experience
