It's November already so holiday season. I heard overall luxury stores aren't doing well, except for Hermes. I think they just want to sell as many bags as possible in case the economy remains slow and ppl slow down buying Hermes altogether.
Congrats on all your offers. Years ago, I managed to get a gold Kelly 32 on display! South Coast Plaza must be the most customer friendly boutiques in the world!
I’ve heard that there was a good stock delivered recently. obviously bag allocation will depend on SA, spend and relationship. Many SA hate when clients ask about bags all the time.. it’s kind of like when it comes it comes.

I am pregnant with my first child, and going through this journey made me appreciate MY OWN mom so much more, that I'd like to gift her a bag as a huge thank you for everything she has done for me. My pregnancy has not been easy, to say the least! My mom has been there every step of the way (cooking for me when everything smelled bad in first tri, nursing me back to health literally when i had the flu, etc etc) and I honestly don't know what I would've done without her. She has plenty of Chanel flaps but the one bag she has always coveted is the Hermes Birkin, and I think it is because she doesn't keep a relationship with the SAs/buy other things.
If I were to start the process now, how long would it take to get offered a bag? My local boutique would be South Coast Plaza, and a little further would be the one on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
