I read all 34 pages as I wanted to start this journey. But oh my...
Here's my opinion: if you love H and the bag is just a perk, do it. If you're bag-obsessed and nothing else matters, don't. Don't expect a linear journey, but if you want to acquire H items and build a collection, you're better off doing that than shopping online or with random SAs!

Hi all, need some advice or should I post it in the Maintaining H relationship thread?

I have been working with an SA at this location who is just lovely. I shopped sporadically here before but never really clicked with anyone until I worked with them. I know I’m small fry since the store, as everyone knows, is quite competitive. However, I had an established online profile as I had bought several things; ie shoes, accessories, and belts (no bags). I started working with them last year, and just a little under a month after spending like $2-3k, they kindly offered me a pico in a neutral and ghw that I passed on. I got distracted by life and other things for about 8 months and started with them again a couple of weeks ago. They somehow remembered me and is as sweet as ever. Surprisingly responsive to me via text when I followed up after the visit when all prior SAs in previous experience were ghost towns. I asked about an item that they said was online only, but offered to order it for me if I could come by the store. Again, really appreciated this bc I tended to just order items online or risk it going out of stock bc no one would ever reply/follow-up 🥲

Anyway, again had such a lovely time today, and was surprised when they offered to create my wishlist (was just buying stuff I love and not really in pursuit of anything, again today’s spend only around $3-4k.) I want to continue this lovely relationship, but now for some reason I feel more pressure to buy from them. Like, I just feel so privileged that they would pay attention to me lol. I know wishlist is not a guarantee of a bag, but again, I know how much foot traffic goes through there and I don’t imagine they offer everyone a wishlist? Not sure, maybe I’m reading too much into it. I mean, I would love a b/k, but I’m not on a timeline or anything. Would spending $1-2k every other month/2 months be ok? Again, goal is to maintain the relationship, buy what a I love and not to chase after a bag. TIA!

Yep, sounds perfect. I’m guessing a quota bag offer is still a ways away but keeping up with even a k a month is a good steady relationship that should eventually get there. Enjoy!
