I agree with selling it, but what about an open top bag? I was against getting a neverfull for so long and then I just did it. I love my neverfull for a baby bag.
My speedy b 35 is my most used bag, but I nurse and don't bring bottles or sippy cups with me.
Having a separate diaper bag works, it's too much for me personally.
The speedy b is so functional! I would recommend trying a neverfull or delightful for a baby bag though.

What don't you like about the Verona? Isn't it large enough?

It's large enough, just falls off my shoulder and gets heavy (I don't carry a lot either).

Oo the Galliera is a gorg piece! I'd miss that, too!
But like you said, you wouldn't notice the Verona gone so sell it for something else you'd want. The ones I have right now are too gorg to be sitting in the closet so I try to rotate weekly! hehe

We have to get our money's worth right?!

I'm partial to Trevi - definitely keep that
IMO the Verona is a bit too similar to keep if you are not using it. I vote sell for a speedy B or something completely different.

I agree sell her since you don't use her and get something you will love. I don't think you will miss her. The galleria I can understand buying her back, I sold my mono speedy 30 and bought her back I missed her allot.
