In love with my new earrings! Farandole studs with pave diamonds. These are a push present gift to myself…

I have to be honest. These were very expensive for me. While looking for jewelry options, the thought crossed my mind that I could go buy Van Cleef or Cartier or something else that would retain its value better. Also, my parents have worked in jewelry throughout my entire life. Whenever I wanted to buy something designer, they would gawk over what the actual cost of each piece is. If they knew I paid such a high mark for something with such few diamonds, it would make their heads spin. But I figured jewelry is meant to be loved, not resold, not necessarily bargained, just something to enjoy. And I really do enjoy these. They may not be as recognizable as the pave VCA Alhambras or a love bracelet but they make me happy.
I am now having issues with the back. It is the one you “squeeze” to open and lock in place. But one of the backs can be dragged crosses without squeezing and comes straight off. I’m super worried. Has anyone had this issue? Is repair gonna be super costly? Can I find a non Hermes back?

Just bring it to the store and ask if they can repair it for you, or replace the back if that's the issue. If it's a faulty item, I doubt they would charge you.
