My sa tried getting one transferred in for a high jewelry event a few months ago but no dice.. I'm wondering if it went to someone else on accident haha! there's a list at my store of like 5 people waiting for it.

Since there were a few posts about the Kelly gourmette and chaine bracelets, thought I would share some pics of my recent try ons (on different days)! Both are in the XS size and in rose gold. Maybe they had a increase in production of this size?

I thought the pave was too much for every day wear so asked my SA to put me down for Kelly chaine with 6 diamonds instead...let's see when it will come in stock.

Has anyone ordered a gold chaine d'ancre bracelet (the traditional one from the 30s, in any size tpm, mm, gm). I asked about it when I was at the store in Chicago. They told me they could order it, but it would take 2 years..does that sound right ?

*edited to clarify what "chaine d'ancre" I was talking about.

I've always wondered how this worked. It sounds like they're not ordering from current stock or another store, they place a "pre-order" from Paris, and it comes in when it comes in?

I'm just guessing at this point.

I think 2 year is code for never. I do not think the Chicago store even has an SM at the moment so no one to even process it or to keep in mind for next round of orders.

Hi there I wanted to share my experience on the Kelly Chaine bracelet. My wrist is about 13.5-14 cm. I got the SH because XS was nowhere to be found, and even the SH was extremely difficult to source, so when my SA finally got it, I couldn't turn it down.

It did spin on my wrist and the diamond Kelly lock portion was constantly on the underside of my wrist because of gravity, driving me crazy. I decided to send it back to have a link and half (one oval and one round one - see pic) removed. So they do resize, may be dependent on the actual piece if it is amenable to resizing. I just received it back after about 4 months, and it now fits perfectly and doesn't spin around, not too snug to be uncomfortable either. The functional length of the bracelet is now about 15 cm. It cost $205 + tax, and they polished and cleaned it too, looks completely brand new. I am very happy!!! I love this bracelet so much.

It’s good to know H does this service. I too have trouble with tiny wrists hence i never buy any bracelets. Except the leather ones size T1. Saved so much money not buying any of the fancy bracelets either lol


I went to have my FJ ring repaired at H because i got it polished outside of H and it looked worse after that. Im about to pick it up from my local store. I would say took roughly about 2 mos. We shall see but my SA said it looks beautiful and so far i didnt get any bill so fingers crossed it is free of charge.

This is so helpful. I loved this bracelet when l tried it on but had the same problem as you. My sa said my store doesn’t order the xs size. Do you know if they sent it to paris to remove the link, or was it done in store? Thanks
