My local store had to send it out, I am not sure if it was done in NYC or Paris, I will double check with my SA and get back to you.

It did spin on my wrist and the diamond Kelly lock portion was constantly on the underside of my wrist because of gravity, driving me crazy. I decided to send it back to have a link and half (one oval and one round one - see pic) removed. So they do resize, may be dependent on the actual piece if it is amenable to resizing. I just received it back after about 4 months, and it now fits perfectly and doesn't spin around, not too snug to be uncomfortable either. The functional length of the bracelet is now about 15 cm. It cost $205 + tax, and they polished and cleaned it too, looks completely brand new. I am very happy!!! I love this bracelet so much.

Ty! I asked twice to my SA if they do resize for Finesse bracelet and she said no. I am not sure if it’s because of different bracelet? My KG is in SH and it fits well ( I tried both SH and XS) but I just have trouble with Finesse now. My Finesse is ST and apparently I need XS now…(I bought Finesse WG bracelet 3 years ago..)

I asked my SA if it’s possible to resize the gourmette bracelet and she immediately said probably not. I don’t want to accuse them of anything, but sometimes I feel like it might be too difficult to go through the process so they are reluctant to look more into it, whereas a motivated SA could make it happen ??? I ended up resizing mine through a local jeweler and it came out perfectly :)

the gourmette links do look more complicated than the chaine, so i can see that happening

I have the WG one with diamonds. The diamond one is actually a wedding band and comes in a white box. I wear it more as an everyday fashion ring though and stack it with other rings. They also have a diamond ring that looks similar and is double the width, but I felt it was too thick for me and more of a statement ring. I can’t remember the name of it.
