Dear all.
I already have a Collier de Chien PM in silver in size ST. Now I am looking into buying a Kelly Bracelet White Gold "half pave". Would you reckon that I'm size ST in this style as well? I unfortunately have no possibility to try on in boutique (as my local one doesn't have a lot of fine jewellery and I'd like to go the reseller route). This leads to my second question: why are the reselling prices of Hermès fine jewellery that bad? Don't their pieces hold the value as nicely as other brands? I've seen brand new bracelets available for 45-50% off. Or are these pieces bought by resellers to get to quota bags easier and then sold off at a good price? I'm a bit confused?

Speaking of it, I recently acquired the H finesse bracelet and necklace in white gold/white diamonds and absolutely love those

thanks in advance for your input/thoughts

My SA snagged the Kelly chaine lariat necklace that just arrived in the store, and it’s on its way to me right now! He said it’s the first one he has seen in awhile so I was very happy to get it, since I thought it was a previous season’s style and no longer made. You can also wrap it around your wrist and wear it as a bracelet. I’ll post mod shots when it arrives.

Yes, i believe you would be the same size is the Kelly bracelet.

And Hermes fj doesn’t do well on the resale market as most people prefer to buy their pieces directly through Hermes to help their purchase history.

Thank you @PrayersandPurses! I actually have been waiting for it, so I can't wait for the FedEx guy to get here already! It's kind of a story with this necklace. My SA actually got one a couple months ago and showed it to me, but then he noticed it had scratches on it, so he said let me see if I can get another one for you. I probably would not have even noticed the scratches, so I thought that was very thoughtful.

P.S. I'm not sure what happened.... but I somehow managed to escape from Ban Island!! (I told my DH this is a Mother's Day present!)

The silver and gold bracelets are sized slightly differently, but yes, you should be the same size in both. Remember that the gold ones are much slimmer :)

I say this as a big fan of H jewelry - it doesn't hold its value - first, because it's not a Maison known for jewelry and doesn't have iconic pieces like the Love, JuC, Alhambra, or even bone cuff - the CDC is closest but it's not in the same league as a Love. Resale prices are also super low because people (not just resellers) will indeed buy fine jewelry to "build a profile" for a bag.

thank you very much for your insights. very helpful indeed. and thanks for reminding me about the slimmer width - something I have not taken into consideration yet.
I do see the point on building a profile which I fortunately do not need to do anymore at my Hermès store. I like the fact on Hermès fine jewellery that that at least some of the pieces are not as easily recognisable as some of the pieces you are mentioning above. And at least when I scroll through Insta, everybody seems to have a Cartier love bracelet or JUC these days...not saying that these pieces are not very nice as well.
