This was listed on eBay 3 or 4 times at $75. You can see it's a little crinkly, and she did need a bath. She had no real noticeable spots, she was just over all a little dirty on the outside. She got a pretty good scrub down in the sink.
In the last picture you can see that the interior had some ink. There seemed to be two different incidents, there was one that looked like regular ink that I was able to get out, and one spot, shown here, that looks more like that gel ink...really bright blue, and that essentially didn't budge at all.
I kept trying to talk myself out of buying it, then the last time it was relisted all of a sudden I decided I HAD to have it, and just knew that there would be a last minute bidding war. But no, I got her for $75.
There is one on the list that it sort of close to where I work...I will still have to take the streetcar east, and then a bit north, but maybe I can hit it up on my way back from the Value Village tomorrow since it's in that direction. I just need to not get lost after getting off the street car LOL!

Checked out the new local Savers again this morning now that the Grand Opening crowds have gone - even being there when the doors open may not be good enough! I wandered round for a bit before checking out the "special" section and while I was trying to figure out if the few Coaches I could see were worth taking a look at, a women bought all 5 or 6 of them.
Some days it just don't pay to get up early!
I would have thought the crowds would have parted and let Ms. Boo-kay through to have first pick!

Well, be careful not to venture into a dangerous, unknown neighborhood in seach of a vintage bargain! Like I said, I know nothing about Toronto - never been there!

No, I guess the brass band got stuck at the airport and I had to shop anonymously.
Nothing that she was buying looked especially interesting anyway.
