Congrats! I love my little Sheridan "not a Willis" Monticello. It's very well made and different. Have you gotten her yet? Let me know if you come up with a good way to clean up the "scuffs" on the "AWL".

if you mean the pebbled part, I'm hearing that dunking her is ok for starters, but I've had no problems with Blackrocks on pebbled leather yet. Technically AWL, if that is truly WHAT it is as compared to the D&B bags isn't supposed to get wet. So Lexol is my first choice since she isn't too stained. I will probably try to pull up and wash the lining though.

Beautiful! I have a green sheridan glenwood bag and it was filthy so I had to give it a bath, but it came out fine.

oh yeah I do remember that. Gorgeous bag. And its good to know. Because I for sure want to clean the inside and just am not sure which tactic I'll use.

Here's my new LOVELY bucket bag. This one seems to be kind of rare because I've checked my Terapeak sales records as far back as it goes ( 1 year) and can only find this style # listed maybe twice. Of course not everybody posts style #'s in their listings either. But this gal cost me $20 as a BUY IT NOW!.. THANKS HYACINTH for your fast authentification because I was literally having heart palpitations hoping nobody else hit that "buy it now button" before I could check if she was real. !!
I love this bag. Its the Sheridan Sheffield bucket. --Just needs a little lining clean up and some surface conditioning/touch up for scuffs. I'm so happy the original hangtag is still on her.

Got this vintage NYC lovely Slim Satchel (the large version) in a gorgeous Burnt Orange color for about $19 shipped on eBay.

Beautiful shade of orange!

I won the Poppy Onyx Patent Backpack Style No. 17949 (original MSRP $298) for $110.00 shipped on eBay last weekend. She arrived yesterday and though she had some minor ink stains on the inside that seller did not disclose, I managed to get those out for the most part with some rubbing alcohol.

Not a huge fan of the lining, but at least it's a color that will make it easy to find things inside the bag. Drawstring closure, front open pocket that is concealed with push lock clasp. Perfect kicking around bag for the weekends or when weather is wet.

Not a huge fan of the lining, but at least it's a color that will make it easy to find things inside the bag. Drawstring closure, front open pocket that is concealed with push lock clasp. Perfect kicking around bag for the weekends or when weather is wet.

Well, I looked at the price and did a double take. It said $65. I did some checking around and looking to make sure I thought it was real and then called the lady hoping she hadn't sold it yet. I just met her and it is simply gorgeous! She said it was given to her so I think she had no idea what it was really worth. Anyway, she just gave me my HG bag!

That's really cute! I actually love that lining though I can see how it's not for everyone.
