Great Post!I absolutely love this thread, just spent reading through every page and enjoyed everyone's photos of their exceptional pieces! As someone who has done embroidery, sequin and bead work, I truly admire the skill and patience required to produce some of the pieces. Hopefully one day, I will be able to justify adding one to my collection too. For all the ladies that are so lucky to own one, enjoy them to the fullest. They are meant to be worn with joy.
Keep it~it is AMAZING~really really is!Oddly enough one of my very first H items I ever bought was this Twilly Precieux. It is really impossible to wear as the beading gets caught in the scarf ring and instead I use it to to decorate my bags instead. It rarely gets used but as it was my first H item, I have a special attachment and can't let it go just quite yet.
I found out the price - $4,900I shall love it in my dreams, or vicariously through one of you lovely ladies who might have it/find it. I'm not sure how many were produced or if any are still available?
I know, right? There is so much work in these exceptional silks but the prices are so high.
When I bought my Quadridge, knowing how much some of the embroidered scarves were in the past, was thrilled it was under 2K. In Hermes terms, a pretty good deal for something so special.
The one you are looking for, perhas your SA could do search. I know they do not make many of any of these exceptional items, and many boutiques do not order them. But still... worth a try?

Hahaha, this is the way I wear them too, markova! This one being beaded, I would be too chicken to wear it this way, though...This is a lovely little treasure! Have you tried wearing it wrapped around your wrist, as a bracelet? (That happens to be my favorite way to wear twillys.)
This is stunning! So pretty, delicate and intricate! Thanks for the close up pic.Brides Fleuris:
Such delicate piece--like work of art. Perhaps tie as a head band or as a casual around the neck like a tie? Don't let it go...it's too precious.Oddly enough one of my very first H items I ever bought was this Twilly Precieux. I sadly have tried that and the beading also gets caught in the knot so I am scared that the beads will get loose plus the ends are so heavy that they flop around a lot. It is sooo impractical, and the only use I have found is to decorate my bags. The SA who I bought it from (and whom I had no relationship with) looked at me like I was nuts for using a 600 Euro twilly as a bag decoration!

I'm so tempted but honestly I'd need to do a bit of a shawl purge to swing it, $$$$ wise.
I was just surprised at the cost of this 90cm Brides compared to the 140cm Pegase for example, it's only a few hundred dollars difference. Your gorgeous Quadrige was a deal wasn't it?!
I really need to evaluate my collection and see If it can be trimmed trimmed a touch![]()

The Quadridge exceptional does feel like a bargain, comparatively. Maybe your SA can do a search for a Quadridge for you and then you won't have to do such a huge purge? The exceptionals are all gorgeous. I would love one of the Mythique Phoenix GM from this season's exceptionals. My boutique had one, I saw it, touched it and then went home to think about it. By time I thought I might haveto have it, it was gone. Less than one day at the boutique.
Another day my Quadridge had just come in while I was in the Boutique for something else and had not even hit the floor. So when they offered it to me I jumped
I will wear it, but even it I never did I am just happy to HAVE it.
