I ordered the Shining Monkey on April 9th, and I still haven't received it.:sad2: No emails from the company. I'm getting impatient. Maybe it's taking longer than usual because customs is taking long time (I live in Canada).

For the Canadians here, how long did it take you to receive your order? Thanks!

you an me both. My paypal went through on the 12th and nothing yet.
I emailed them 2 days ago just to find out if it has been shipped, no reply :(

I'm sure its taking its time because its being shipped *ground*

I'm going to give them until the end of next week then i'll call them.

Canadian here. It took about 1.5 weeks. Did you get a tracking number? You should be able to tell when approximately it'll get to you from the tracking number since they send it via Fedex (at least that's how they sent mine) :amuse:

Nope havent got a thing from them. but then again i picked ground shipping ( the cheapest) so i dont know if they will have one for that or not.

mine was shipped via Fedex Ground as well. They should still give you a tracking number for that.

Did you spray the bag heavily or lightly? I sprayed my bag with a light mist about 3 times over the course of week. I am still afraid to get the bag wet!!

I sprayed the mc ( the handles and key fob and zipper 3x ) no worries about the hardware you can just used a damp cloth and wipe them off along with the rest of the bag.

I sprayed the denim 3x.. light sprays

going between both bags.

When I had placed my order I received it in about 4-5 days because I live in Texas. I hope the Canadians members get theirs soon. Its a great product. I was brave enough to try it on my Epi today and it dried without residue or any smells. It even made the Epi look cleaner ( I was too lazy to clean it prior to spraying as proposed in the directions) As with my monogram, I heavily sprayed my bags and they dried instantly. ONE OF THE BEST PRODUCTS OUT THERE FOR BAGS! If you haven't tried it...you're missing out! =D
