She does look so effortless with the layering. BTW I have loved your shots with the 6 motif which had previously never been on my radar. Sadly when I purchased a necklace a week ago and inquired about them, I was told that they were not taking anymore waitlists for it at the moment. Hopefully they will restock sometime soon. I think I felt that it was only a formal piece and I liked how you wore it also casually
Thank you so much
i hope you get to try one soon!

I know people extend their 10 motifs, but has anyone sized down? I keep looking at my try on pictures with it at the store and it just feels off to me. I liked the look a lot better when I was trying on at home pretending my unsized bracelets were the necklace. Out of curiosity I even tried to put the two together again once the sizing was done (8 links off, 17cm) and it fit choker length, but idk if that would damage the stones or anything.

Unless you want the motifs to be closer together, I think most people just wear the 10 motif with a few motifs dangling in the back if they want more of a choker look, like you do with the bracelet with a single motif dangling. It won't damage the stones but the clasp may take some beating especially on a 10 motif since it's heavier. But luckily replacing a clasp would be cheap (or free of charge at some point) but consult your SA just in case.

You answered my follow up questions! I was wondering if the length was the issue if that could be an option but wasn't sure of the wear and tear.

I'm going to have to think about the spacing though. I think maybe I do want the the motifs closer together. If anyone has done this I would really appreciate a pic!

Thank you so much! Yes, of course, your one year old would think it looked like fun charms or a cool candy! :hugs:
hope you can take it for a spin this weekend!

I think one has to be young and gorgeous to layer a diamond riviera necklace with VCA and not have it overpower. Here is a social media pic of Heart Evangelista with hers

Oh, I really love this look. It's so casual chic, a very effortless look.
The 6 motif is not for everyone, but I love it when worn very casual, especially when it's laying on skin.
Thanks for sharing this!

Speaking of layering "chain necklaces" with a tennis necklace being just a "chain with diamonds," NetAPorter just blasted my inbox with an ad on "How to wear chain necklaces," so I thought of you. This looks great for a super casual look.
Just some ideas for you...

@BigAkoya thank you for your suggestions. Like @880 your images are very inspiring but I don’t think I would be able to pull off a layered look with the 10 motif. I bought them to wear on their own and when it was suggested as a possibility of layering to add additional looks, I thought why not. I think that it is not going to work for me.

Agree - do the thing that makes you happy!!

One other thought - and sorry if you already killed this idea - but if you’re not set on for sure Alhambra, what about Frivole?

The small or large pave pendant in WG would be killer with a sweetheart neckline imo. It’s still VCA, but maybe less logo-y feel to it? Also can be worn casually any other day

Few pics from Roxy Bijan’s insta for inspiration
