I like the occasional train wreck too but I think we're in the minority here on tPF, I'm almost scared to admit my 'weakness' publicly.
I think rescuing a fine bag from a 'train wreck' is like adopting a poor old dog that was ill treated but would still make a wonderful faithful friend. Ah poor little Kelly.
