I'm so confused by that bag. The leather actually looks pretty well taken care of and like the bag wasn't used that often. What did they do, have an elephant sit on it for several years?

I love this thread! In anticipation of my vintage kelly (what the heck is "inbound international arrival?" USPS tracking my ass.), I've been reading Doc's leather care thread. That woman is a gold mine of information. Between washing my own silks and repairing my own bags tpf is saving me money. Anyway, with my new sense of empowerment, I want to save a train wreck of my own. I just have a soft spot for things that need a little love, and there's plenty of them here.
