Submitted 3 lv items a few weeks ago. Two of the items they wanted but offers were offensive. Third they didn't want at all, but ok. I've sold to them in the past and payouts have been fair but I'm done with them.
Was just going to post a similar tale -- submitted 2 items last week; one was super super low for an H bag and the other (LV slg) was outright declined for no reason.

When offers are too low, doesn’t hurt to sell on your own, I recently had a bag that consignments quoted me $400 - $700 buy out, forced me to sell on my own, I sold it for $1,800 plus, well, all because I had no choice 😸
That's awesome! When you sell on your own, what platform do you use? I have always been concerned selling on Poshmark. I never have but heard horror stories but maybe I should test it out selling something less expensive to feel it out.

I sold my new LV Damier Azure Pochette accessoires to FP recently and I was surprised by their offer considered the condition of my item. However since my goal is to declutter and get rid of what I no longer love/use, I sold it to them.

Gosh I wish all that want to sell at Fashionphile can all meet in the corner of their parking lot and buy from each other! Hahaha! We will pay more then FP but we will still get a deal. It's a win win for EVERYONE....EXCEPT FP. LOL

Oh interesting. I wish they left it the way it was. I learned by experience what each condition actually meant physically. "Shows wear" and "worn" sounds terrible. Lol. Very Good and good are better descriptions imo.
Agree. The words actually seem to downgrade the condition, except for the first two. Maybe that's part of their ploy... make us gravitate to new/excellent out of fear of worn/shows wear.

Yes so true! Humm...sneaky! Also perhaps if we purchase a "shows wear" or "worn" item we will be pleasantly surprised of how new or barely "worn" it actually looks which will give them more positive reviews. Hummm. Lol
