what I notice is her descriptions and measurements are usually completely off .
If you donot know your size in a designer donot buy from her . I bought a dress she listed as silk . it arrived it was 100% cotton LOL
i loved the dress but come on read the tag , feel the fabric LOL

Bought a bag from a rue la la employee who got her bag from her company and it was authenticated by Linda's Stuff and came with a card. Just wondering if I can trust it?! I've heard mixed reviews about Linda's stuff.

JMHO, but Linda*s***stuff items need to be authenticated. Although her listings claim all items are pre-authenticated prior to listing, that is untrue. There's no way some of the obvious fakes were authenticated.

And since it takes a congressional order to get Linda's fake listings removed, reports are ignored and fakes sell.

This is an example of a fake that was reported but not removed:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/COACH-Cotton-Multicolor-Patchwork-Extendable-Cross-Body-Handbag-/310802465398?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item485d454276&nma=true&si=fAHDHEFOvl%252Bnaw1Bze3bjTUtwjU%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

And this is another fake (very obvious since any Coach that's made in Korea is fake) that sold more than once!

So in answer to your question, do NOT trust Linda's stuff to be authentic.

ETA: Sorry. I just realized this is an old thread that was dredged up. But my opinion stands.

Thank you for your reply! I have posted pics to the authenticate it page of the forum here so hopefully I'll find out if it's real or not. I'm a LV collector and I don't see any red flags at all but when you spend so much for a pre owned bag I just need to be sure! I hate when people pass off fakes as authentic to make money!

Annoyed by this seller. Very slow to communicate and offered the same item in both auction style and buy-it-now/make an offer listings. I made two very reasonable offers which were declined (no counteroffer) and tried my luck with the auction and was the highest bidder. The auction was canceled with six days left because someone purchased via the buy-it-now listing. I asked earlier in the day how the auction would be handled if someone purchased via the buy it now listing and never got a response. Isn't it against the rules to list one item in two different formats?

I believe it's against the rules unless you have 2 of the same item. Then you can list in both auction and FP formats.

Seems to me that the rules are not applied the same to everyone. Different spanks for different ranks. Linda and some other big sellers get a pass

Ok, thanks. That's what I thought. I'm fairly positive she didn't have two of the same item. It is a pretty rare item and the description was the same on both listings in terms of defects. Seems like it won't matter anyway though. Sigh.

Ugh - Linda now claims that Carol is authenticating her items - and has a very recent neg for a fake Gucci authenticated by Carol.

She isn't doing herself any favors.......

Ugh. Maybe only after someone has complained. Linda's is so high volume I can't imagine Carol is authenticating everything unless she's working for Linda full-time, YKWIM?

I've snagged some really cute stuff from Linda's Stuff so I don't want to complain but I have seen some very questionable stuff listed by her/them. Most often I see really beat up looking items described rather optimistically in regards to condition. I've never had to return anything but I've heard that it's kind of a pain.

Their Best Offers are terrible. The really want people to BIN so they put their BO's very high. They are the ones who rejected a 1350 offer on a 1500 item. At the very least, I was hoping for a counter. Also, they said the item was authenticated by mypoupette but mypoupette did not have the item listed in their "authenticated listings" section. I ended up buying the item at the BIN price. Good news is that it was authentic and shipping was fast but I can see why people complain.

I don't know anything about Gucci so I can't tell if she got a bad authentication or a stupid buyer (which is entirely possible).

I bought a pair of J.Crew pants from them listed as machine wash - as it turns out they were DCO and a completely different material than listed. Blah - back they went.

I will say though - sometimes for poops and giggles I read through her neg's....and she gets a LOT of stupid buyers who don't read. For example, lots of complaints about flaws when the flaws are noted in the description OR the condition is noted as "poor".
