Far from being in the minority after checking her feedback for the last month:

8135 positive transactions
35 neutral
42 negative

We can agree to disagree here, but the feedback speaks for itself !!
I think you are the minority here. That feedback has been adjusted because of her volume. Some of the feedback I have seen for her is just disgusting. One individual claimed they received a pair of trousers with feces on them.

^^^^ That's just the last (most recent) 30 days.

Granted she does a lot of volume but in the last 12 months, her record is:
98045 positive
430 neutral
424 negative

Less than 1% for neutral/negative for total amount of transactions in the last 12 months.... that's not so bad !!
Consigning & buying from Linda's Stuff works for me & 98045 others who have had positive transactions
& left feedback reflecting that!!!

I have no dog in this fight as I've never purchased/consigned with this place. However; given the amount of negatives and neutrals they have (with the majority sounding like reputable complaints) I wouldn't feel comfortable in purchasing/consigning with them.

That is a lot of negs and neutrals, not to mention how does one go about getting 909 FB revised?
The revised feedback is disgusting and should not be allowed!

I asked them to confirm the authenticity of an item they have listed on EBay. (I messaged them 3 times within a 2 week period). They acknowledged my messages but I'm still waiting on an answer.

You'd be much safer getting your own confirmation from a reputable authenticator for that brand who's been recommended by the members here at tPF. Technically ALL name-brand items listed on Ebay are required to be confirmed by the sellers as genuine, but obviously that doesn't always happen. AN AUTHENTICATION IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE AUTHENTICATOR. And judging from her FB and many of the comments posted here that particular seller has made some poor choices and her choices have made mistakes, not to mention the other problems like poor packing and shipping and items that get "lost" in the mail already mentioned here by numerous posters.

Granted, if you can prove you received a counterfeit you'll usually get your money back, but with the kind of volume she does there are probably a good number of fakes that slip by, as well as a lot of fakes that those of us who try to find counterfeits before they get into buyers' hands just don't have the time to look for. There's no way I'd ever trust the claimed authentication of such a high-volume seller when it's MY money on the line.

In the last few days I found a fake Coach she sold back in December with a fake font used in the serial number.

With the possible exception of Authenticate4U, I doubt if any of the advertised Coach authenticators out there, much less her paid Coach "authenticators", even have a bleedin' clue about what font that particular style made in that plant, month and year is supposed to have. So if that's an indication of the way her Coaches are supposedly authenticated, thanks but No, Thanks.

To add to what @Hyacinth posted less than 2 weeks, ago, I just made another post today on Coach's Hall of Shame.

Note that with 150,376 listings, 277 of which are Coach, 22 of which are Dooney and 63 of which are Uggs, the brands in which I have expertise, it would take way more time than I'm willing to devote to finding all the fakes but a quick search of the newest listings pulled up two very obvious fakes, one of which was authenticated by My Poupette! I can't even imagine how many other fakes she has listed and has sold that were "professionally" authenticated if these items slipped by.

While I don't believe Linda purposely lists and sells fakes, I don't think she's careful enough in vetting the expertise of whatever services she uses. (And often, I don't even bother reporting the listings for fakes because doing so is a total waste of time. Linda brings so much money in to ebay that they turn a blind eye to reports against her.)

They are also quite willing to take returns, which I think greatly helps their feedback.
That only works when buyers know they received a fake.

Pretend you're a non-expert buyer, see a listing for an item, read the description where it states that "this item was professionally authenticated by (whatever company)," would you question that item upon receipt? Most buyers don't.
