Just bought this little vintage finger clutch from them with free shipping. We'll see if I get it in a timely manner since my last purchase from them took almost 2 months! Will comment on the outcome.

I bought a NWT Kooba Audrey from her and received it a few days ago.

My overall experience was good. She shipped it fast, and it was just as described.

Figured I should just let you all know. It's only fair that she get positive feedback as well when a transaction goes smoothly. :)

well its certainly nice to know that your transaction went
smoothly... perhaps the complaints have given her an opportunity
to pay closer attention to the listings & descriptions...

I just received a bag I purchased from her, exactly as described but did not mention the label on the interior has a shiny mark on it, but that is not a big deal anyways, if it was an expensive bag however it would be a different story. Also the bag was a little out of shape from being stored which I didnt know either.

Otherwise it is brand new as described and I still am happy considering I payed less than what I would have!

Very good OP, I bought a Cles from her and it was in very good condition.

Recently purchased from them and way disappointed. Condition was not fully revealed and I was promised refund on return ship and did not get it. Sad because up til this point I had defended the shop and had been happy with all my purchases. Now, not so much

You returned an item and didn't get a refund? I would be like a fly buzzing in her ear until that refund was processed!

I've only bought one item from them (pants for the bf) and the transaction went swimmingly. I do notice that they are terrible at listing designer jeans, though--horribly awkward photos, vague descriptions, and their measurements are no better than mere guesses (I've heard they don't actually measure the jeans themselves). So if buying a clothing item, don't rely on measurements--stick to items whose fit you're already aware of.

Oh, I misunderstood. When SNAD items are returned, the seller should make the buyer whole, IMO.

Yes, I was promised refund of return shipping, and of defective shoes but only received refund for shoes. It is not that big of a deal, but the condition of the shoes was less than satisfactory. They were CL helmets and the sole had peeled away from the patent leather on both shoes at the toe. I really wanted them, but would have to replace soles before wearing them and even requested partial to have them done. But they did not offer enough so I agreed to return and was offered refund of return ship and to make sure to note on paperwork (which I did). Oh well, I will have to pay REAL close attention on their listings now

I don't buy from Linda's stuff anymore. My primary concern is that their item descriptions are a little too generous about condition. They sometimes miss flaws, say things are new when they have signs of use, etc... I had a negative experience with them when I bought a Hermes bag and it was just thrown into a box (folded) with no packing and shipped to me. More than likely an employee just didn't take the time to handle it correctly, but I expected more for a multi $1000 purchase. On the positive side, they do take returns and the return went smoothly.
