Since the stained part is suede, the best trick is to gently rub it with an eraser.

Hi guys. I'm new to this forum, and if you guys can help me this would be great. Last night I took my Celine Phantom out to play and it started raining, and my bf rubbed one of the rain spots and it left a mark! How do I get rid of this?! I am so heartbroken and mad at him for doing this!

I just purchased a mini luggage in a light colored Box leather. I do not want to use it until it is protected and I have everything I need.

What should I use to waterproof it? I have heard horror stories of sprays changing the color of the leather or causing stains on light colored leather.

What should I use to condition the leather? I know box leather will scratch easy, so what is best to buff out the scratches and create the nice patina?

What is best to clean spots? After reading the thread, I've seen a lot of recommendations for Chanel eye make up remover and baby wipes. Is one better than the other for light colors?

All your help is appreciated! I am so excited to start using the bag!

I'm not sure if it's any different for Luggages in box leather, but for the Classic Box bags, the Hermes forum recommends Blackrock + Obenauf. I've tried this and it works well so far with no colour changes. Another tPfer who bought a light coloured Box bag around the same time was told to use only the Blackrock. Hope that helps :smile1:

Google designer bag restoration. I had the name of someone that does that and the reviews were great. Or you can contact a local seller of your bag that does repairs...they can fix and waterproof.

Just received my trio in tan today, but I've just noticed that the stitching of the pouch on the sides are causing tiny holes on the leather. I am devastated, should I change it? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Anyone with similar problem, is this a small issue?
I would return if possible. Not good stitching. I had the same problem with a Bottega Veneta..ugh. Good Luck
